I ordered two slices and a salad, and somehow ended up with the wrong pizza and no dressing. What makes it more annoying is that I had to verify the order more than once, and they still messed it up. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either, so it’s getting frustrating

I tried Villa Italian Kitchen and left a little disappointed. To be fair, it might’ve just been bad timing, because the pizza tasted like it had been sitting out for a while and was dry. The cheese didn’t have much flavor either. The pasta was okay, but still kind of bland. It filled me up, so it wasn’t awful, but it’s not something I’d really go out of my way to get again. Maybe I just came at the wrong time of day, or maybe other locations are better, but this visit was a letdown.

Stopped in for a slice and it was quick. The line moved along well, and I had my food in no time.

I had a small mix-up with my online order from Villa Italian Kitchen, and I reached out thinking it might be a hassle. I had seen a few people mention their customer service was decent, so I figured it was worth a shot.

The person who helped me was actually really nice and got it fixed quickly. They just asked a couple of questions, no annoying back and forth, and then everything was sorted.

Mistakes happen, so I’m not too bothered by that part. What stood out was how easy they made it, and it made me feel like other people were right about them handling issues well. I’d definitely order again.

I grabbed food from Villa Italian Kitchen the portion was way too small. I paid like I was getting a full meal, but it felt more like a quick snack. The taste was fine, but there just wasn’t enough food to justify the price. I left still hungry, which is frustrating, and I hate feeling like I’m supposed to just be patient or okay with it when I already paid for an actual meal.

For the price, the portions are absolutely solid. Like, I’m completely convinced you’re not going to feel ripped off here. It’s not fancy or anything, but it’s definitely good and totally worth it.
